Tidy hotel with an affable staff and immaculate and perfect rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds, coffee and tea making facilities, a seating area, and a work desk in the room. The view from the window to the laguna. Marvellous location, near Float Fun Cancun Water Park. The pool area is lovely too. Everything brand-new.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to hotel's exceptional staff. The location was ideal, right by the restaurants and other beaches there and the tower.

Everything about this comfortable modern hotel was perfect. The room was well-kept with the ac and a bathtube, for example as described. The location of the property was marvellous, in everything I contacted. One could dine at restaurants such as Caminos 10 minutes away. I loved the French cuisine in the restaurant.

I chose this hotel for attending a business assembly as it offers 9 meeting rooms for events. The facilities were well-equipped and provided a conducive environment for meetings. The staff was helpful and ensured that all our needs were met throughout our stay.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have a designated area with computers, printers, and other office equipment readily available.

The staff went above and beyond, constantly providing exceptional service. The xhale lounge and pool access were worth it, with Miguel and Mauri at the rooftop lounge bar and pool making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The entertainment was fantastic, and the pools offered stunning views. The breakfast at the Silk City restaurant had a beautiful view of the lagoon. The hotel had plenty of amenities, and the staff was friendly and professional. one of the best hotels I've stayed at.
